<p>Successful food business from all over the world will gather in Hong Kong for the 21st HKTDC Food Expo in 2010. This pre-eminent event in the Asian fair calendar continues to grow from strength to strength, attracting more than 600 exhibitors from 24 countries and regions in 2009 – 23% more than the year before. Adding spice to the fair were exhibitors from new participating countries including Brunei, Chile, the Czech Republic, Indonesia, Mexico, New Zealand, Pakistan, Palestine, Peru and Singapore.</p>
<p>The fair is specially designed to meet the needs of different types of exhibitors and buyers by being divided into the Trade Hall and the Public Hall.</p>
<p><strong>The Trade Hall: Time for Trade</strong></p>
<p>The Trade Hall is an excellent brand building platform for international food retailers, suppliers, wholesalers, brokers and sales agency representatives, and is grouped into pavilions in which exhibitors can market their specialties. The Trade Hall is open to trade buyers only on the first two days of the fair, while the final day is open to the public.</p>

<p>China International Consumer Goods Fair (CICGF), approved by the State  Council, co-sponsored by Ministry of Commerce PRC and Zhejiang  Provincial People&#8217;s government, is the largest professional  international consumer goods fair in China, which ranks only second to  Canton Fair among all the exhibitions sponsored by Ministry of Commerce.</p>
<p>CICGF is held in the famous harbor city of Ningbo June 8-12 every year.  Eight sessions  have been successfully held since 2002. Renowned as one  of the most important  windows of opening up to the outside world in  China,  Ningbo is an  important foreign trade harbor city. In 2008, the  import and export trade  volume of Ningbo  reached USD 67.84 billion,  with an increase of 20.1%; the export volume was USD  46.33 billion and  the import volume was 21.51 billion. Ningbo’s import and export volume  ranked the  2nd position among the nation’s 5 specially designated   municipalities and the 3rd position among the 15 sub-provincial  cities.  The import and export volume of Ningbo port reached a new high of USD   140 billion, with an increase of 25.5%, the cargo throughput of Ningbo  port  amounted to 361 million tons, ranking 2nd position in China and in  the world, and  the container throughput of the port exceeded 10.84  million TEUs, ranking 8th position  among all the world’s ports.<br />

Since2004, we have successfully organized 5 sessions of RTF and all together attracted more than 1000 exhibitors from 40 countries and regions. The purpose is to provide an International trade and technical exchange platform for China rubber industry. At present it has become a important pathway to explore the domestic and international markets in global rubber industry.<br />
RTF 2009 includes The 6th China International Rubber &amp; Tyre Industry (Qingdao) Exhibition,  The second (2009) Asian Rubber Conference. The exhibition will advocate on the mission of improving Independent innovation and developing circular economy, invite government leaders, well-known scholars, enterprise executives, international groups, rubber enterprises、investment institution,  industrial zones, research institutes and important media and promote the healthy development of China rubber industry.<br />
Relying on biggest rubber manufacturing industrial base in China, we believe that RTF would bring more chances and profits for Chinese rubber industry. (The total sales in 2007 reached 95.318 billion Yuan, profit tax reached 8.67 billion Yuan, tyres production reached to 190 million, which including 58,246,400 radial tyre.)</p>
